ISPreview uk is reporting EE will be adding Disney plus to the service.

@Smith861 Until it’s announced take that with a pinch of salt. I say this because of this is regarding flex plans within that page.
“Customers can expect more choice of payment periods and the option to pay off at any point or trade-in”
you can already pay the device off at any point or trade in. Their source isn’t that good.

Plans can, and often do, change. Nothing is confirmed until it's announced by BT/EE, and announcements are only made when it's a done deal (i.e. everything is proven to work, contracts are signed, etc).

@Chris_B Actually EE have already announced Disney+ today, so this is confirmed, not just speculation. https://newsroom.ee.co.uk/disney-arrives-on-ee-tv-giving-customers-even-more-choice-in-one-place/

@DarrenDev That’s actually wrong, EE have already announced Disney+ today. https://newsroom.ee.co.uk/disney-arrives-on-ee-tv-giving-customers-even-more-choice-in-one-place/

You're replying 10 days later @El3a_x - it was correct at the time.

@DarrenDev Yes, but the ISPreview report turned out to be correct, which is exactly the point. Dismissing it as unconfirmed wasn’t really necessary.

It absolutely was necessary, because the release today was NOT confirmed until yesterday. Rumours are often circulated online that prove to be false, only raising hopes for customers causing frustration when they don't happen.
Nothing is confirmed until EE say it is. Sharing rumours or speculation never helps.

@DarrenDev ISPreview is a reputable tech news site, not just a rumour. The fact it turned out to be correct proves it was worth sharing, not dismissing.

Nothing is confirmed until it's announced by BT/EE. Simple as that.
