I have an EE contract with Discovery Plus. Everything was working fine, but recently this message has been appearing, even when I’m using mobile data only. Is there any solution or way to fix this?

I try with my TV and work, then uninstall and install the app on my phone again and restart. After that it’s working again on my phone, so I don’t what happen there but it’s working again. Thank you

Welcome to the community.
That is a bit strange that it is only happening on mobile data.
Can you try to restart your device, and if that doesn't help, try to delete the app and install it again to see if that helps?

If you have a VPN it might be causing the issue

I don’t have a VPN, this tends to happen with nba or MotoGP content on discovery plus

Is there other content that you're able to watch without any issue?
Also have you tried logging in via a different device to see if this gives the same issue?

rather than make a new thread I thought I’d raise it here. I have the same error code only for past UFC content. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling restarting phone and clearing cache. Still not working
