Discovery plus activation

HELP! 

I have been trying tom activate my discovery+ for over a month and in total I have spent 8 hrs trying!

I have the code to activate it on my tv screen but NOTHING works! I opened a discovery+ account that didn't work. I open the EE link that only trying to sell me a new phone. there in to prompt to add the code on any devices. I have tried doing on my laptop and phone and use different browsers. 

I can't get through to a human being, chat bot doesn't understand. discovery can't understand it either. 

I am paying for a service that isn't happening! but can't even find out were to complain!

In case anyone still can’t figure it out, here’s how:

It wont work on safari. So go on the EE website on chrome and sign in and go to my plans & subscriptions.

Keep trying to get through if it comes up with any errors.

Then go to Sport & TV and scroll down to activate discovery. It then should take you to a new tab to create an account for discovery+

I had tried every other way before and it wasn’t working but hopefully this should sort it out for you.

I’ve had the same thing been trying for 3 weeks now all I get is we’ve had some problems we’re working hard to fix this for 3 weeks

ive also tried doing it on google chrome just the same

If you continue to see this error I'd recommend giving us a call and reporting this to our customer care team. 

The team should be able to help activate this for you.

same problem for me - called the tech team at EE said i should be able to see "activate" but the option isn't there so cannot access content on discovery plus

same problem for me april 2025 - no "activation option" for discovery plus in the manage subscriprtions part of the ee app on chrome - called the call centre - they're looking into it - very poor!
