Discovery Plus

I can watch discovery plus with no problems. But the following day it loads but will not play. Comes up with error 1k-0028, I can retry or back. The only way to sort it is to unplug the power and restart the ee pro box. Any ideas please

I am having the same issue right in the middle of a programme. Very irritating
