Hi all
I’ve got an odd ball one here nothing urgent and and may just be a bug, I have ee tv via Apple TV 4K I went to activate discovery+ basic and all went through ok but in my ee it’s still showing start activation but it’s working on on tv anyone else seen this here some screen grabs of what it shows when trying to activate again just causes an error which I would expect seeing its activated

Ignore it - your account is activated and working, so nothing to worry about.

Unfortunately one of many, both on the web site and app. They are being worked on.

I’m having a similar issue. I had an email from EE this morning saying I haven’t activated it yet. But that’s because every time I try I get the same message as OP. I searched through the forum and have tried the activate URL, using my mobile number and pin. The only options I get to activate are Cyber Security Duo and Dark Web Monitoring. Bit frustrating.

@Reign_in_Beard your discovery+ account was activated on October 4th. If it's working for you, then ignore any messages that say it's not activated.
