Three months ago, as an incentive to move over to EE broadband, I agreed to an offer of a Big Sport TV package at a reduced price for 3 months. I was told I can cancel by 12th November. I wish to do this and want to know what I will now be paying. Trying to phone EE - the wait is 45"!

Unfortunately calling the helpdesk is the only way to order.

I did get through eventually and resolved the issue. Why isn't there a Live Chat option?
