No internet tv

Hi all

So I have just switched over to ee from bt (same full fibre 900 package), I have installed the new router they sent out  and I have the original BT TV Box Pro they supplied when I joined two years ago

I had BT Sport previously and had no problem with them or any other Internet channels.

Since the new installation I can't get any BT Sport Channels or other 300up channels to work without immediately encountering IPC6023.

I have very carefully followed all of the IPC6023 trouble shooting advice. I use Ethernet cable to connect TV Box to router. I have rebooted the Openreach box, ee Hub and TV box multiple times, I have checked all cable connections. I have run a new ethernet cable directly from router to TV Box.

I have also contacted ee support and followed all their advice but all to no avail. IPC6023 every time. I know that this error has nothing to do with the TV box, my TV setup or in-house cabling.

Also, since the new router my cctv WiFi cameras struggle to buffer

Please can anyone suggest anything else I can try

Good morning @jrdrummer20, welcome to the EE Community!

Just to be 100% sure here, when you've moved from BT to EE, did you agree in the order to keep the same TV package as beforehand?
Also are the channels below 300 working okay, and are you using IP or Aerial to access these?
Peter

Even bbc channels, itv etc don’twork, yes I have kept the same exact package, hd and sports nothing else added.  I have selected internet streaming for channels

You mention that you've spoken to EE support. Did they confirm that a fault has been raised, given that it wasn't resolved by the time that you finished the call. It needs to be raised to TMC to verify that the line is configured correctly.
