I am trying to add the Now Cinema monthly package to my TV account. I have tried in the App and via the EE website. It offers me the upgrade and shows an "Add now" button when I click to add it, it just loads another webpage offering to manage the account etc, whatever I try it just goes around in circles?
Please can someone advise if this can be managed online? I don't want to have to spend an hour on the phone everytime I want to flex my package.
