Can't upgrade TV package via App or website?

I am trying to add the Now Cinema monthly package to my TV account. I have tried in the App and via the EE website. It offers me the upgrade and shows an "Add now" button when I click to add it, it just loads another webpage offering to manage the account etc, whatever I try it just goes around in circles?

Please can someone advise if this can be managed online? I don't want to have to spend an hour on the phone everytime I want to flex my package.

@Tog_PD  Try clearing the device history and cookies and try again if the problem persists you’ll need to call customer support.  You should be able to do this via your account.   Please read THIS 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
