Hello @niknoknak74 ,
Welcome to the community,
Account for what? You would need to ring customer service if you cannot log-in to your account, as they are the only ones who can actually help you.

Hi @niknoknak74
Look on your bill.
Thanks

If you can log on to My EE with the details you are using here and then look at one of your bills, you will find your account number shown on it.
Beyond that, what task are/were you failing to accomplish?

I can't either..without it I can't access my account to find it..cant get through on the phone as the 2nd thing they say is put your account number in. It's very frustrating!

Hi @Spook666
Welcome to the community.
Do you have any of the emails from after the order was placed through to when you were connected at all? The account number would be shown at the top of the email.

I can log on to My EE with my email address and password, from where I can access my bills, which bear my account number.

Thanks guys for your replies. I've been in hospital but I'm checking this out .when I get into my EE account and go to "view bills"its coming up "something went wrong:try again later"and that's been for over a month now. When I call them the first thing they say is "whats your account number "That's the automated reply and I can't ever get to talk to a person..aaaarrrgggg

@Spook666 Have you tried putting in a random combination of numbers when it wants the account number. If it confuses it enough it may come back with “Please hold, connecting you to an operator” 🤷

Hey there @Spook666, welcome to the Community!
When you're calling up, are you going through the visual service or the regular phone menu?
I've given this a test and you should definitely be able to get through to a Guide without your account number.
Just follow the options towards home billing, and you'll be able to speak with someone.
