Discovery+ no longer linked to my account

Hello.

We had been using Discovery+ as part of the Big Sport package with no issues for quite a few months and have now lost access to the app.

TNT sports channels still work on our account, but upon following the steps to sign in to EE, two odd things are showing. I'm being asked to upgrade to Big Sports and also when looking at Plans & Subscriptions, nothing is showing at all. If I sign into the app, my subscriptions are showing as correct and active.

I contacted Discovery+ customer service and they informed me that my EE account has never been linked (this despite having used the Discovery+ app on the TV box successfully for some months).

Any advice on how to resolve would be much appreciated!

This definitely sounds like an odd one if everything has been working as it should be for a while. 

Did Discovery mention where it was your subscription was originally coming from, and have you had any texts or emails about your package changing at our end?

We don't have account access via these forums, so best shout would be to give our customer care team a call so we can get everything double checked.
