Hi all, I have just switched from BT to EE, and I am supposed to have Netflix and Now TV.
I haven't got the Netflix logo on my home page, but I received an email from Netflix asking to create my profile, so I guess I have just to download the icon and sign in.
Now Tv never sent any emails, and if I click on it on the EE homepage tells me to buy a contract.
I am supposed to have NOW Tv included in my package, what do I have to do?

Good morning Carla. Your email address unfortunately has a typo in it, which is why you didn't receive any emails. I've corrected that now, and you should have received a password reset email this morning.

If you have a TV Box then launch the Now TV app and it'll show what email address was used for your account. Given that you haven't received any email, I suspect the email address is incorrect - email us at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk and we can fix that for you.
