Have upgraded to the entertainment package but my BT box won't recognise any of the now channels. Says have to upgrade package, but when I log into account on app or website it recognises that I have the now TV pack on my account. Have tried resetting broadband and box and relinking to no avail. Have never had a now account and never got an activation link, like I did to link my Netflix with EE account, when renewing.
Any help would be great, thanks in advance

Please could you drop an email to eetvsupport@bt.com with your billing account number and the email address that should be linked to your NowTV subscriptions?
