This keeps happening on a regular basis. Can any confirm why? I’ve recently changed to EE broadband but still have BT TV box. Thanks in advance

If the connection is dropping when watching TV, our Fix An EE Broadband Connection Problem page has steps to try to resolve this.
If the same happens after trying the steps, please get in touch with our broadband tech guides who can check the connection at our end and see what is needed to stop the broadband dropping out.
