Your correct on both counts unfortunately. I sense she had the last laugh by making me wait 2 weeks for an engineer instead of posting a box as needed.

As I moved my plan from Sports to Entertainment in the summer, I got re-contracted. When I moved it back to Sports recently I got re-contracted again.

Sigh. They are just making it up as they go along now!

You are supposed to be able to “flex” between TV packages at any point during your contract, the only caveat being you pay the going rate for the new package at that point.

You should not have been re-contracted.
