Apple TV

G_Mac
Visitor

I have checked my bill and I am being billed for Apple TV despite being promised it for free for six months. unlike Netflix I have had no email showing me how to transfer Apple TV to my EE account.

I am confused as at present I will pay for Apple TV twice. Costing me £18 a month more than I thought. Please help. I have tried to phone numbers and no one has been able to resolve this.

Thanks

@G_Mac it sounds like you took out your subscription directly with Apple and you didn’t take it out via your EE account.  You can not link your Apple subscription to EE you set it up via your EE account to have Apple TV+

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @G_Mac

Welcome to the community.

If this is part of your EE TV plan, you'll need to make sure that you have activated the free 6 months of Apple TV+ in the EE app or by logging in to the EE website

Once you are logged in, select Manage then TV & Sport and there will be an option to activate it there.

If you are paying with Apple at the moment, you will need to cancel the subscription with Apple.

If you have any trouble adding the free subscription, please reach out to our customer service guides who can look at it further.
