Apple TV box blurry picture

Can someone help please?  I have an Apple TV box and when I watch tv the picture goes blurry then correct back to clear then drops back to blurry. I can’t watch Prime and Netflix either no issues. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I'm not sure if you're saying Prime and Netflix are fine or not? You said "can't" and then "no issues".

What you're describing would suggest a poor wifi signal or a poor internet connection speed.  You say the connection speed is OK, which suggests the Apple TV isn't getting a strong enough signal.

The picture quality dropping is the Apple TV's way of adapting to the available internet bandwidth.

Hi DarrenDev. Thanks for the reply. 

I swapped my Apple TV box for my EE one and everything seems to be working fine on that. I assume either the Apple box is starting to break or the WiFi signal is not strong enough

I very rarely use the multi room so I’ll run with this for now and monitor the signal strength

When I have more information I will contact EE directly
