Last chance before I cancel TV and broadband in my cooling off period because this is beyond frustrating
The Apple TV+ app does not appear on the apps page of my EE TV Box menu. Why?
I don’t want to subscribe through EE because I have an Apple One subscription.
I’m hours away from giving up on this experiment. The TV product just has nothing on Sky.

You appear to have 2 TV Box Pros at your address - one with the latest software, and the other with an older version. Is the Apple TV+ app missing from both of them?
Neither of the boxes are responding when I attempt to connect to them. Is there anything unusual in the way they're connected to the internet?
Can you please confirm whether both boxes show the EE TV logo on the main menu?
Are you able to post a photo showing the main menu of the TV Box?
