I believe I am entitled to a 6 month free trial on Apple TV. How do I get this?

I believe I should have received a text message about this? I haven't.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Pavan8 see the link directly above your question. That will allow you to create an Apple account, with your trial subscription. You then use that account to log into the Apple TV app.
