I have an Apple TV 4K and 2 Mini TV boxes as per my subscription (i.e. TV Extra Box: Duo). However, if I tried to watch TV on the 2nd Mini Box on my 3rd TV, I get a message saying that I have "... too many boxes running unless I make that box the default by pressing OK and that the TV subscription will stop on the other box..."
I set up live tv on the EE TV app on the Apple TV 4K using my EE ID.
I was wondering if there is a setting that be changed to resolve this issue?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Your order looks a bit unusual @Taikin so I can't follow why it's missing the 3 box subscription, but I've fixed it now.

@DarrenDev was able to sort this out for me during the week.
Hopefully he or one of the mods will be able to sort this for you soon.

Thank you very much @DarrenDev . Do I need to do anything from my end?

Nothing you need to do @Taikin - the message should just stop appearing now, when you move between boxes.

Hi, Ive just received my two free Mini TV boxes and I get the same message telling me I have too many boxes connected. I suppose my 3 box subscription hasn;t been set up either.
Darren, could you take a look for me please?

Your issue appears to be different @Stevef1964 - you have 2 different accounts in your name at your address - your new boxes are associated with your old TV account.
Can I ask you to please send me an email at tv.apps@ee.co.uk providing your EE account number, and I'll open an investigation.
