Chose Netflix as a reward but still can’t access it. No text or email with a code (I have checked). How can I get access?

Is Netflix an inclusive extra as part of your mobile plan? If so have you visited ee.co.uk/netflix to try and activate it from there?
If Netflix is included as part of your TV package, check your original order confirmation e-mail for activation instructions or login to your EE online account and you should be able to activate it via the Manage TV and Sport section.

Do you have Netflix included as an Inclusive Extra as part of a mobile plan? If so, have you had a text message with a link to get set up?
If you have an EE TV package with Netflix as an extra, can you check the confirmation email, do you have a link to get set up?
