Aerial or Internet for HD

I'm wanting to get TLC on HD, but it seems on be on SD via channel 12 on my main box. My mini box seems to have it on HD on channel 12 as the quality is so much better. Is my only option to switch from Aerial to Internet on my main box? Will that solve the problem? I hate it that the HD channels aren't at the start of the EPG anyway. Can't remember the last time I watched SD.

Yes - the only option is to switch to internet mode, with all the other restrictions it brings:

You need to be in Internet mode to get TLC HD on CH. 12. In Aerial mode it's only TLC SD on 12.

You could watch the live TLC channel via the discovery+ app on your Box Pro and that would give you a good quality stream.
