Hi, my eetv subscription (big sports package) works perfectly on my two tv boxes. However, when I try to access it on the app or my laptop, it says Subscription not found when I try to go onto it. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Thank you in advance.

With a EETv Big Sport subscription I would expect you have various apps to access your subscription sports content
NOW app for the Sky Sports content
discovery+ app for the TNT Sports (& discovery entertaintment) content
EETV app for TNT Sport channels (1 to 10)
Which apps are you unable to use (each would have their own userid and password.) ?
The Apps are available on your TV box as well ... are you able to use the Now App and the discovery+ App on the TV box as well as viewing the live channels via the TV Box EPG ?

It's not uncommon for agents to type the email address incorrectly when creating the Now TV account. In your case they added a full stop to your email address. Email us at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk and we can let you know the current email address, or move it to any email address you'd like.
