Adding EE TV to another tv

I am currently stuck with a QR code on my screen and can't go any further to add EE TV to my TV upstairs. Anyone help?? I've tried using site and I've scanned qr code but don't know what to do

@Lealea1231  EE TV is only available via EEs TV boxes you can’t install the EE app on a smart TV and have full access to EE TV.   If you want EE TV on a different TV you have to have an additional EE TV mini box.

You'll need to phone EE to order another box which for EE customers costs £5 a month for one box and £10 a month for two. 

You can only get the edge box as a second or third box which doesn't enable you to record or watch recordings from the pro box.
