Hi,
I recently added a TV to my monthly plan that also comes with TNT Sports on Discovery+.
The TV is set up in my home but when I head to Discovery+ it says I need to add TNT Sports at £20 p/month.
I’ve read that I should receive a text to activate my TNT Sports account but I’ve not received one yet, and don’t know how to request one.
is there a step I’m missing somewhere?

I've just had the same issue, TNT not showing on my order, called 150 they went through everything and said no problem i shouldn't get charged for TNT... Well I did get charged and chatted with online agent stating they cannot see it on my TV order??? I have the order sheet as a TV bundle? What exactly is it bundled with if there was noting else with the TV. Seeing as there are multiple people reporting the same issue it seems common to say the least. I'm currently being charged £40 for the tv bundle and an additional £20 for TNT. Unacceptable if the option selected was to include TNT.. I placed my order on the 20th of April 2024.

Did you add a TV to your pay monthly account? if yes, what TV was this?

Hi Katie the TV I got was the Samsung Q80C bundle. The last person I spoke with said I should redo the order but not finalize and see what it says.. the TV is now showing at 5 pound cheaper but says the same thing on the checkout receipt.. no evidence of free TNT but the bundle states TNT included... I'm dobzgp89 just FYI..

I'm having the exact same problem, I added it to my mobile account and I get one free extra with my mobile account the new one isn't showing
