Delayed order

I’ve been trying for about a month now to get TV added to my package but the box is always ‘delayed’. Doesn’t matter how many people I speak to on the phone, the situation doesn’t change.

I’ve raised a complaint as well but that’s not going anywhere either.

Anyone know who to contact or how to get this moving?

Unfortunately the complaint was closed when they thought the box had been sent out - they didn't check to confirm it actually worked (which it didn't).

I'm afraid your best option is to call again.
