Hey i placed a order for EE home-broadband and wasn't given a option to add EETV with the 1.6gbps bundle and want a direction on about adding it to my package

At present EE TV is not being offered to existing custs. It's currently only available when ordered at the same time as a new EE broadband line.

I'm afraid this option isn't available at the moment, and this is the reason it's not presented when ordering from our site.
If someone specifically sold you this package on the basis of this being an option, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer care team so we can investigate further and look over your options.

@Leya Are you trying to order an EE Full Fibre 1.6 Gig plan? If so, EE TV is not currently available with that plan.
