Activate Discovery Plus

I still can’t activate my Discovery Plus, the links seem to take me round in circles. 
what am I doing wrong?

We don't want you to have any trouble activating your Discovery Plus, so I'm sorry to hear that this is happening. 

Could you let me know which step you're having trouble with, and the browser you're using?

I have signed in to Discovery Plus and activated the account following the EE link but it’s telling me to upgrade to watch.

 Like you I can’t activate discovery+ follow the links provided and nothing happened so I can’t watch discovery+ either

Please give our Broadband Customer Service team a call, where a guide will be able to check the account settings and help you get set up.

2 weeks I've trying to resolve this issue and still no further forward. Getting billed for something i can't watch. ?

What is happening with your discovery+ subscription?

Is it part of a mobile plan or EE TV subscription?

So it's the sports package on EE TV. It all working fine. Few weeks ago went to put TNT sport on through discovery plus and said need to activate and this where I am at. One thing keep popping up update subscription on amazon prime. Very odd as Im EE and have subscribed any idea would be much appreciated 

 

Are you trying to access it directly through the Discovery+ App or through Amazon Prime?

If so you would need to use the Discovery+ App itself, Amazon Prime only provides the content if you pay them for the subscription.
