My EE TV account is closed (have email confirmation and no Direct Debit payable to EE and I’m back with BT Broadband only and DD is with BT and they are billing me monthly for Broadband only. I can still log into Netflix and Now TV but am paying no subscription for either?? Any thoughts….

Please give our Customer Service team a call where the guides will be able to raise a query for the ongoing Netflix subscription to have it corrected.

Not sure whether EE systems handle it the same as BT but the BT help pages do say
If you were paying for Netflix before taking EE TV, Netflix will get in touch about continuing your subscription. If not, your Netflix subscription will stop at the same time as your EE TV service.
