Had BB and TV installed.. Internet fine but my Apple TV 4K can't seem to find an associated subscription.

Been on phone last few days and apparently my package has been rebuilt but the issue isn't fixed with the AAU910 error still present.

Could you kindly check the account config pls @DarrenDev

Hi Darren,

Thanks for sorting promptly. The TV seemed all ok when I checked last night.

One final niggle is that CS was having trouble re-adding HD and 4K add on back to my account as per my original order. There was also talk of NowTV not being able to link/activate however I can confirm I have already linked my NowTV and it's working perfectly when I last checked.

Could you get the 4K added back on?

Kind Regards

Your account already has Now Boost applied @kp95

We don't currently support Ultra Boost on Now TV, so you won't have access to Now TV in 4k yet - we're working hard to make it available as soon as possible.

No worries. Yeah i've seen Now is working all fine and understand i'll have to wait for the 4K with that.

I mean the 4K & HD tv package add-on for the other applicable channels such as TNT sports. Customer services weren't able to add it on earlier. Perhaps it's already applied to my account, if you could kindly check?

Yep - you have the HD/4K TNT Sports channels on your account, so I can't see any reason why everything wouldn't work correctly.

Is this reply to @Profile closed perhaps in the wrong thread?

We customers smell a rat when we aren’t proffered the poster when replying to the thread, but perhaps the rules are different for you Support staff?

I don’t think he posted and then deleted his post, but that’s another possible explanation, I suppose.
