I use a 5G smart hub for my apartment but over the last few days I've Ionly been getting average speeds of 15mbps and it is meant to be up to 150mbps. It makes it impossible for watching TV or apps like Netflix. I've called EE and they say there is an issue with a mast but it has been ongoing since May. I looked at a coverage map and it looks like there is no EE signal over half of Manchester/Salford.
Has anyone in the M5 area had the same issue? I'm wondering if it might just be my block as many of us use EE 5G Smart hubs and have the same issue.
