Hi I’ve signed up for the 1.6gb fibre package to be activated on August 3rd. I’ve not yet had any confirmation of dispatch regarding the delivery. Who do ee use as a courier and when should I expect delivery please.

@Durhamlad1 Sounds like it's all organised for you then, just watch out from ANY OR text's you get and respond if they request you to do so, can easily be missed and then delay's all happen!👍👍

@Durhamlad1 Hope you already have a 1.6Gb/s Full Fibre service just now, if not you have more than just an EE Pro hub to get sent.

@Durhamlad1 Then you possibly have an OR Openreach Engineer visit to replace your ONT if you do not already have a high speed version, you can tell by looking at the ONT Ethernet Port were the Ethernet cable from the Sky Hub to ONT is currently, yellow in colour it's 1Gb/s so no faster than what you have just now, if it is Orange then you just have a software profile to be done by OR and applied by EE. Below when you get to see it, this is currently getting to be the OR favoured but not guaranteed.
High speed ONT with the 2.5Gb/s Ethernet port interface.

@Durhamlad1 And the two older slower ones below.

@Durhamlad1 So you have it. Both for your Pro, and your account should in theory give you any info if the Engineer is needed or not for your home.
