3rd EE TV mini box issue

Hi @DarrenDev 

Newbie so hope I’m doing this right!

I have recently joined EETV and Broadband and was advised as part of my introductory package I get a main tv box and a mini tv box, so asked if I could add a third (recognising it would be extra). I have the full works tv package.

when I’ve turned on the 3rd box it states a message re not having enough connection and if I want to make this my main box it will replace one of the others.

Ive tried to look on the app in my acct but can’t find any details re this. Trying to avoid the long phone waits ….any suggestions please?

Your account looks correct @Bloomers_77 - it is set up to support 3 boxes.  Press continue on that message, and then try the other boxes - if it keeps prompting on every box, then I'll dig deeper into why.
