Called several times over the last couple of week, my broadband is up for renewal so I figured I’d get tv with the entertainment package as well as the upgraded fibre150, the only package they say it’s allowing them to give me is the TNT sports, but it’s the entertainment package I’m after (I’ve got kids, and much prefer series and documentaries than sports). They keep saying the system is down and won’t allow them to pick another package and promise call backs.. but heard nothing.

Unfortunately there are issues with some older EE broadband customers not being allowed to order new EE Broadband with EE TV - though it normally doesn't allow ANY order at all, not that it only allows a Sport subscription.
I can only assume a glitch last night, or a mistake by the agent.

If it still fails, please make a note of the time you called and then send me an email at tv.apps@ee.co.uk - include your EE account number and the time of your call, and I'll find someone to place the order for you.

Hi Darren,
I called earlier today and they said they’re still having the same issues and they’ve scheduled a call back in a months time in the hopes it will be resolved then. Bit annoying as my current broadband contract ends July 9th, was hoping to get it all sorted and ready to rumble before then.
