2nd month now that monthly invoice is unavailable to download. Both website and app yield same result, "try again later" it says, but same message appears. Phoning the helpline gets " we're currently very busy", and an interminable wait for a human to answer.

Its pretty unsatisfactory to be unable to get the invoice. Perhaps I should arrange for the direct debit to give that same answer back "try again later" !!

@Crithwood  It’s working for me I just tried it.    Have you spoken to customer services about this ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I find it almost impossible to get through to customer services .

That's what they say, not what they do. I spent 45 mins waiting in a queue
yesterday.

I did try another time and got a first time response.


Apparently the inability to download the invoice is a known issue, and its being worked on.


It must be complicated or difficult as its been like tis all this year.
