2nd month now that monthly invoice is unavailable to download. Both website and app yield same result, "try again later" it says, but same message appears. Phoning the helpline gets " we're currently very busy", and an interminable wait for a human to answer.
Its pretty unsatisfactory to be unable to get the invoice. Perhaps I should arrange for the direct debit to give that same answer back "try again later" !!
