I just tried to add beats to my plan, it took the up front payment then said it was unsuccessful. I want the beats added to my plan or my money refunded but i do not have time to call because im in work all day every day.

If the add on was unsuccessful, you should get the money refunded within 7-10 days. If on contract, you can find live chat via the EE App or by logging into your account via the website.
