Hi I purchased a Xbox series s on add to plan. It was meant to come with four games to download & and ultimate games pass but there are no codes for either in the box I’ve tried contacting ee but no one has got back to me.

You'll be eager to get up and running as quickly as possible, so to activate your Xbox games pass just visit https://ee.co.uk/xbox  and follow the steps. 

For the games please contact Customer Care team who can check the location of the games and raise a ticket with the supply team if needed.
