My WhatsApp keeps stopping. I've followed all technical advice. I'm now referred to my service supplier in case its a problem with EE. Has anyone had this experience and resolved it? If so, how?

In what way does your WhatsApp "keep stopping", and what technical advice have you followed? You've not said.
EE is a mobile network operator and their only involvement in any third party app is to provide a mobile internet connection on your phone - is this working for other functions?
Does your WhatsApp still "keeps stopping" when you're connected to the internet using WiFi? That would rule out a mobile network issue at a stroke.
