Replacement sim still not working

Just received my replacement SIM card today, Inserted it and still nothing, I’ve been without my phone for 5 days now while still paying for my contract, every time I speak with someone they need to send a validation code to my mobile number that is currently not working so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to activate this SIM card which is also attached to this number

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If you can call us again and let our guides know you have received the replacement SIM card and need to register the SIM over the phone, they should be able to verify the details and help you get the SIM registered.
