When I try to access my website www.thebarattemple.co.uk I am restricted with a message saying the site is blocked as a safety feature, please advise how we can get this removed as our site does not contain explicit material or anything not suitable for minors and we want to ensure access for your customers.

Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Feel free to reach out if further information is required.

No problem! We are only small but we are very proud of what we have.

Thanks for taking the time to explain and if you are ever in London we will gladly welcome you on board!

Hi @andren

Our categorisation team have replied to say the site has been fully investigated by our suppliers and https://thebarattemple.co.uk/ is already categorised correctly as "Entertainment Venues & Events United Kingdom”, so it will be accessible by default for our customers, of those with Content Lock switched to Off.

If your content lock level is set to Strict, this will not allow access to the site.
You can find out more, including how to check or change your parental controls, at How do I turn change parental controls on mobiles | EE

@Ali_A : So why isn't AllBarOne, a similar site that can be accessed by users with content lock level is set to Strict according to OP, not classified similarly?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@XRaySpeX

If individual sites feel they are incorrectly classified or unrestricted, they can contact us to request a review.

Just to update, a few days after Ali_A's response above, and with me having done nothing to my devices, I could access my site so seems like contacting EE to get the site correctly classified was what it took.
