Can you get a VAT invoice on a normal [ie not business] account? If not, why not?

If you'd like to receive VAT invoices, please get in touch on 150 and a member of the team can help you change your account type to small business.

If you log into your EE account and select Billing and Subscriptions, you should have the option to download the bills and you can then print the bills you need 🙂

What if you don't have a small business but would like a VAT invoice anyway? I could get a VAT invoice when I was with BT without a business account!
