Problem with new handset

I have recently upgraded my phone for some reason I can't call or text from my new handset,comes up with not registered on a network. Also I asked for Btsport on my add ons but I haven't got that either

Welcome to the community,
Have you put your original SIM card in, that is the one you had with your previous phone? Or were you trying to use a new SIM card? You just need to put in your SIM card from your previous phone.
I would suggest taking a look here for setting up BT Sport:
