Nhs discount

Someone is currently using my nhs discount. Is there away to remove their generated code from my account as I no longer want them to be able to use this.

Hi @Shania23,

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

Once a perk code discount has been redeemed on a contract, only the account holder for the number would be able to request the discount is removed, otherwise it will drop off automatically once the contract ends.

With the perk discount you can generate up to 5 codes per year, the discounts lasts for the length of the contract and a new code is needed each time you place an order.
