Hi I opened the box to my brand new 5G router - - put my SIM card in My brand new router and I thought it was the right size - but it’s fallen through the slot - down into the router and I can’t seem to retrieve it… what do I do?

Is it completely stuck or is it moving around?
You could try taking it to one of our stores to see if they can help.

You could well end up reporting the SIM lost (which is accurate), and getting a replacement.
The store should be able to help with the replacement at least.
