Hi,

Please could someone advise me where to find/ view my contract and/or loan agreement for my new device?

Welcome to the community,

If you log in to your account via the website or via my EE App, you should be able to see your contract and the amount you are paying etc. 

In My EE App, it says plans and subscriptions, click on that, should give you the information, you can also click on view usage, gives you details as well.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I can view a summary of the plan once logged in. However, I cannot find a loan agreement document, not have I been emailed one. As it's a business account I obviously require supporting documents for accounting purposes, but can't fine them anywhere?!

Any ideas?

@Telewebbltd , sorry, I am not a business person, so no idea, have you tried speaking to customer service to see what they can advise?

No idea about loan agreement document, not heard that one before.

I emailed the sales rep who I arranged the agreement with, but he was not helpful at all.

It seems unbelievable that I have not been provided with any documents to download confirming and detailing the contract.

There are no loan agreement documents. Like every one else you & EE are bound by the T&C's relevant to the products/services you signed up for. These will include conditions covering the payments you are contracted for.
