Message us not working

Anybody know why the “Message Us” option on the App isn’t working. It gives a white screen with the word “Blocked” in the left hand corner.

If you do have a business account, the chat option would usually appear on the Contact EE Business page under the help button. 

For personal pay monthly contract customer, it would be available in the EE app. If you aren't seeing this, try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

@BillTait  It’s working for me.   Just to check as you’ve posted in the small business part of the forum. Are you a small business customer on contract and you are not using PAYG. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
