I've had my business number for only 6 months, about 3 months ago the billing system on the website stopped giving me access to the invoices. Every month I have to call EE to ask them to send me my invoice, this quite frankly is rather frustrating, I'm told there is a glitch in the EE website. Well surely this should have been fixed by now. I now want my January invoice but still have no access. There is no option to email a complaint, there is no option for live chat.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I'm thinking of leaving and going to a new provider!

Do you get an error message when you try and access the bills?
Did our business guides raise a support ticket to get your EE account looked into?

I must waste 5-10 minutes every month trying find my monthly business invoice to downlaod.
Please ., please, please put it on the first page when I log into my account. It's far more valuable than my current usage that takes up half the screen! Thank you.
