I've had my business number for only 6 months, about 3 months ago the billing system on the website stopped giving me access to the invoices. Every month I have to call EE to ask them to send me my invoice, this quite frankly is rather frustrating, I'm told there is a glitch in the EE website. Well surely this should have been fixed by now. I now want my January invoice but still have no access. There is no option to email a complaint, there is no option for live chat.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I'm thinking of leaving and going to a new provider!

Do you get an error message when you try and access the bills?
Did our business guides raise a support ticket to get your EE account looked into?

I must waste 5-10 minutes every month trying find my monthly business invoice to downlaod.
Please ., please, please put it on the first page when I log into my account. It's far more valuable than my current usage that takes up half the screen! Thank you.

Well it's been down since November 2023 (yes, seven months) so I won't hold my breath.

I have the same problem and it's becoming really frustrating that i have to ask for it every month, this has been going on for 12 months now which is not acceptable.
