@JadeyMakel  Open the my EE app and go to MOBILE PLAN then scroll to the bottom and click SETTINGS.  There you see a tab called UNLOCK YOUR DEVICE. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
