actually i resolved by re-registering EE as my provider not sure how it deleted in the first place

@HolyGrail2023 Use THIS to see if there’s a network issue in your area. Make sure you click the check status tab.
You could try using Wi-Fi calling if you are connected to a router via Wi-Fi

thanks Chris i had done this before i raised a ticket to be more specific it states NO NETWORK REGISTERD for me i have removed an replace my sim and still get the same messgae

Are you a PAYG or pay monthly contract customer?
Is your device from EE?

its is a corporate account yes and EE is the provider
