I cannot talk from any of the three lines now. I am abroad and I must use my
Swiss phone.
Apparently, there is no need of engineer and apparently there is a cable
missing. I was talking with someone who very kind help us, Sabrina Clehan.
She informed us there is no cable on stock apparently.
What frustrates me is that I must call on Tuesday and if I am not lucky as I
was today with Sabrina. I would not be able to advance.
