Hello. i have been trying to set up a move of my broadband, and I am lost.
First, I have 3 lines on EE, 3 kids. I am often travelling, my phone is actually Swiss. My residence in the UK
To move from house A to house B, so difficult. I have to call from my foreign phone to EE 150, 120 minutes in 2 phone calls. To be in a same place as before. I mean at the point of depart.
No talking with anyone different from me, EE is taking their time to instal the router. It is missing a cable, fine... There is no such a cable in stock.
I should call back in Tuesday to see if there is such a cable in stock. Men....XXI century

Does an engineer need to visit to install a line?
Are you able to call from any of the EE lines you have for your children which will prevent any charges?
